1. Three-phase current drive - VX54- with gearbox
2. Upper sealing cap

• ⇒ Rep. gr. 34 ; Removing and installing cap

3. Lower sealing cap

• ⇒ Rep. gr. 34 ; Removing and installing cap

4. Plug for gear oil filling and inspection hole

• Renew after removing
• 45 Nm

Removing and installing cap

Special tools and workshop equipment required

• thrust pad - 3062-

Removing

Important

• Lower motor with gearbox by 150 mm to renew the upper cap ⇒ Electric rear-wheel drive EIP220 and all-wheel drive EIA200, EIP220; Rep. gr. 10 ; Removing and installing rear motor; Removing motor .

1. Upper sealing cap
2. Lower sealing cap

• Pierce centre of cap to be removed with screwdriver -A-, and carefully pry out cap.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

• Drive in upper cap -1- or lower cap -2- with thrust pad - 3062- -A- so that it is flush.
